Bronco Nima has a foot in two worlds right now, and Lucien Price wanted to make sure that wasn’t going to be a problem.
After Nima made his arrival to AAA and aligned with Perros del Mal, Price needed answers. The two linked up and Nima made it clear — OriginalThy Mob is still on the same page. No divided loyalties, no confusion about where things stand.
That’s a significant moment for OTM as a group. These guys have been one of the more quietly underrated acts in WWE over the past couple of years. Nima and Price came up together, built their tag team identity together, and now Nima stepping into AAA territory under the Perros del Mal banner raises real questions about where his head is at.
Perros del Mal is a legendary faction in lucha libre. The name carries serious weight in Mexico. Aligning with them isn’t a throwaway move — it’s a statement. So when Price sees his partner suddenly rolling with one of the most storied stables in AAA history, you understand why he’d want that conversation.
Nima telling Price that OTM is still unified doesn’t necessarily mean there’s no tension brewing. In wrestling, that kind of reassurance is sometimes the first crack in the wall. Could be genuine. Could be Nima buying time. Either way, the dynamic between these two is worth watching closely going forward.
On the NXT side of things, Jaida Parker is dealing with her own situation after dropping a match to Nattie. Backstage on the June 23rd episode of WWE NXT on The CW, Parker crossed paths with Nattie’s allies Karmen Petrovic and Nikkita Lyons. The two wasted no time poking at Parker, with Petrovic repeating Nattie’s dig that Parker is soft.
Parker has been one of the more compelling characters on NXT for a while now. She’s got the look, the attitude, and the crowd reads her well. Getting called soft by Nattie and then having Petrovic and Lyons pile on backstage is a clear setup for something bigger. Whether that leads to Parker proving a point in the ring or this feud expanding into a multi-woman situation remains to be seen.
The Nattie connection makes sense too. Nattie has been used strategically on NXT as someone who can put over younger talent while also being a credible threat. Petrovic and Lyons backing her play adds muscle to that alliance and gives the whole thing more teeth.
Two stories running parallel here — Nima managing dual allegiances across WWE and AAA while Parker gets tested on NXT. Both threads have real potential to go somewhere interesting. OTM’s cohesion has always been their strength, and any crack in that foundation changes the calculus for both guys completely. If Perros del Mal pulls Nima further into their orbit, Price is going to have to decide how long he accepts those reassurances at face value.
And Parker? Being called soft is the kind of thing that either breaks someone or lights a fire. Based on what she’s shown so far, don’t bet on it breaking her.
